Requirements

  • Hands-on IBM BPM Developer with 2-3 years of experience to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of BPM-based applications.

  • Strong technical expertise in IBM BPM / IBM BAW, along with skills in Java, JavaScript, service integrations, troubleshooting, and working knowledge of IBM Integration Designer (IID).

  • Hands-on experience in IBM BPM / IBM BAW development

  • Strong programming skills in Java and JavaScript

  • Experience with REST and SOAP web services (XML/JSON)

  • Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting

  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

  • Design, develop, and enhance IBM BPM / IBM BAW workflows and process applications

  • Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, handling XML/JSON data formats

  • Contribute to integration design and development using IBM Integration Designer (IID)

  • Develop and customize UI components using JavaScript

  • Perform unit testing, defect resolution, and production support

  • Automate routine tasks using PowerShell scripts

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment

  • Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities
