Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Minimum 4+ years of experience in relevant technologies

Hands-on experience with: TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW), TIBCO AMX BPM 5.x / TIBCO BPME 6.x, TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition

Experience with TIBCO integration tools (EMS, FTL/eFTL, Mashery, Administrator, TRA, Hawk, Adapters/plugins)

Strong knowledge of SOA, ESB, and enterprise integration architecture

Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL

Experience with Web Services (SOAP/REST), JSON, XML, UML

Strong understanding of XML technologies (XSD, DTD, XSLT, XPath)

Experience with monitoring, alerting, and Splunk dashboard configuration

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile/Scrum methodologies

Experience designing and supporting enterprise-grade integration solutions

Experience in Azure (preferred)

Ability to configure Linux and Windows (Wintel) environments

Experience in file transfer setup, migration support, and flow development/decommissioning

Strong troubleshooting skills, including analysis of thread dumps and memory issues

Ability to independently investigate and resolve issues

Proactive mindset with ownership and accountability

Interest in continuous learning and adoption of new technologies

Certifications (Optional): Azure Fundamentals, Splunk Fundamentals, TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO BPME (5.x / 6.x)
