Role overview: As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the school's IT systems and providing technical support to staff and students. You will ensure that all technology runs smoothly, enabling effective teaching and learning across the school., Provide first-line technical support to staff and students Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems Support classroom technology, including interactive boards and devices Assist with the installation and configuration of IT equipment Monitor system performance and ensure security protocols are followed Manage user accounts and access permissions Support the development and implementation of IT systems and upgrades What the school is looking for
Requirements
