Job description
As a Technology Project Manager - Data Migration & Azure Transformation (for Future Workforce transformation program), you will lead complex, data and cloud transformation program for client. You will oversee end to end data migration from legacy platforms, Azure landing zone setup, environment readiness, integrations, governance, and delivery management across diverse client workstreams (HR, Payroll, Workforce, Clinical, Reporting), implementation of reporting & analytics use cases for end users. You will work closely with client programme leadership, business SMEs, cloud architects, data engineers, and third party providers (Microsoft, Oracle) to ensure timely, compliant, and high quality delivery. The role requires strong governance, an understanding of strong HR transformation programme management, Oracle HCM Cloud functional knowledge, client workforce and ESR processes and Data, integration, and analytics awareness Required
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering large-scale data migration and Azure cloud transformation programs
- Strong ability to drive project planning, RAID management, sprint governance, vendor coordination and executive reporting
- Experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Hands-on management of data discovery, profiling, mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, mock runs and cutover
- Experience with legacy data sources such as HR, Payroll, ESR, EPR, SQL-based systems or Oracle HCM
- Strong understanding of data quality rules, DQ dashboards, and migration readiness gates
- Proven experience working with Azure Landing Zones, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure SQL, Storage, AAD/IAM, Networking, Monitoring, Power BI
- Understanding security standards and data privacy controls.
- Ability to engage with Program Directors, business SMEs, technical architects, and clinical/operational leaders.
- Strong risk/issue/dependency management and governance reporting across multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills.
Preferred
- Experience delivering technology programs within healthcare organizations in Data.
- Background in analytics platforms such as Power BI or Microsoft Fabric for HR, Payroll etc.
- Azure / PMP / Prince2 / SAFe certifications
- Experience working in hybrid delivery models (agile + waterfall)
- Understanding of identity, access, security and licensing models (AAD, M365 E5, Azure subscription governance)
