Our Digital Workplace, Conferencing & Rooms team is the engine room of global collaboration, ensuring our teams in the UK, France, Germany, Spain, and India can connect seamlessly. THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a UK Focal Point to join our international team. You will be the strategic bridge between technical operations and senior UK leadership. Based in Filton, you will take ownership of high-end Audio-Visual (AV) solutions, live web events, and the digital health of our most critical meeting spaces across our primary UK sites. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

  • UK Lead & Liaison: You are the face of our digital workplace in the UK, bridging the gap between senior leadership and our technical teams.
  • AV & Event Delivery: Own the setup and rollout of high-spec Audio-Visual tech for everything from standard meeting rooms to "Live Web Events."
  • Site Oversight & Hands-on Resolution: Proactively manage and take direct, hands-on responsibility for all conferencing activities and engineering scopes across our UK sites (Filton & Broughton), ensuring swift issue resolution.
  • Expert Problem Solving & Technical Authority: Lead deep-dive diagnostics on complex system failures, focusing on immediate resolution, and consult on future tech upgrades to keep our offices cutting-edge.
  • System Reliability: Ensure our collaboration tools are always "meeting-ready" by monitoring performance and hitting strict uptime targets.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Strong command of ITIL frameworks, coupled with a proactive, hands-on approach to operations and problem resolution.
  • Specific experience with Google Meet hardware is a significant advantage.
  • Proven ability to influence senior management and navigate a complex, multi-site corporate landscape.
  • Strong command of ITIL frameworks., This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
