Job description
The Cyber & Network Support Technician will play a key role in supporting clients with first-line technical issues, basic cyber-security tasks, and routine network troubleshooting. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who want to build a long-term career in IT infrastructure and security., * Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues, including diagnosing and resolving common faults
- Support cyber-security monitoring tasks, identifying potential vulnerabilities and escalating risks
- Assist in routine network troubleshooting, configuration, and securing of devices and systems
- Support the implementation of cyber-security best practices to protect systems and data from unauthorised access
- Carry out basic cybersecurity testing and document findings
- Log and document all support activities in line with internal processes.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate complex issues when required.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external users.
Requirements
