• Hands-on experience using EMIS Web and SystmOne
• Previous experience in IT Support, floor walking for EPR/EMR implementations, project coordinator, deployment coordinator, implementation analyst, or implementation consultant
• Highly competent in delivering high-quality written communication
• Confident in presenting and interacting with NHS customers on Teams calls
• Bachelors degree in a related field
• Recognized certifications in project management (e.g., PRINCE2 or PMP) are a plus
• Additional training in digital health technologies or specific NHS systems is desirable
