Job description
- Lead end-to-end Business Central engagements across multiple clients
- Run discovery sessions, workshops, and gather business requirements
- Design and deliver BC solutions aligned to manufacturing and operational processes
- Work closely with clients across warehouse, supply chain, and finance teams
- Support upgrades, continuous improvement, and BAU enhancements
- Build strong, long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor
- Contribute to internal best practices and help shape delivery standards

Requirements
- Strong Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central experience (ideally 7-10+ years)
- Background working within a Microsoft Partner environment
- Experience across Manufacturing, Warehousing, or Service Management
- Ability to deliver full lifecycle projects (discovery * design * delivery * support)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing experience
- Comfortable working across multiple projects/customers
- Exposure to ISVs (e.g. warehouse/mobile solutions, reporting tools) (nice to have)
- Power Platform or integration experience (nice to have)
