TELECOMMUTE Change Practitioner

• Support the delivery of structured change strategies across SAP transformation programmes, including S/4HANA implementations
• Assist in conducting change impact assessments
• Support stakeholder engagement across programme environments, working with both business and programme teams
• Support the development of communication strategies and materials that drive awareness and engagement
• Support the development of programme reporting, including status updates, dashboards, and change deliverables

This position is remote-based in the UK and provides the opportunity to work alongside experienced Change Leads and programme teams in fast-paced, high-impact environments.

• Experience in change management, consulting, or transformation programme delivery
• Exposure to technology or ERP transformation programmes (SAP experience beneficial but not essential)
• Experience supporting project or programme environments in a structured way
• Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder coordination skills
