Test Software Engineer (AI & Quality Automation)

We are looking for a talented and motivated Test Software Engineer to take ownership of our test automation strategy. You will design, build, and maintain robust automation frameworks that underpin the quality of our products - working hand-in-hand with developers, QA analysts, and product managers to raise the bar on every release.

This is a leadership-track role: you will influence the direction of our automation effort, mentor team members, and play a key part in shaping how quality is built into our engineering culture., * Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Selenium.

• Own the integration between automation frameworks and our test management tooling.
• Collaborate closely with developers and QA engineers to define testing objectives and resolve issues efficiently.
• Review product requirements, functional specs, and design documents to prepare comprehensive automated test cases.
• Provide framework support to dev and QA teams - acting as the go-to expert for automation tooling questions.
• Take a leadership role in shaping the automation roadmap: priorities, scheduling, and strategic direction.
• Partner with management to report on test coverage, automation health, and quality metrics.
• Stay current with emerging testing technologies and champion continuous improvement across the team.

Open to new technologies and ways of working., * 3-4+ years of hands-on experience as a Test Automation Engineer, QA Engineer, or Software Tester.

• Selenium WebDriverDemonstrable expertise in
• Proficient in at least one scripting/programming language (e.g. Python, Java, or JavaScript).
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with test management platforms (e.g. Jira/Xray, TestRail, Zephyr).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
