This role will own the evolution of modern data and analytics architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready platforms. The BI&Analytics Incubation Lead will play a critical role in evaluating new technologies, leading innovation initiatives, and ensuring that analytical solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and operational standards.
Working closely with the BI & Analytics Best Practices Lead, Platform Engineering, Cyber Security, and Cloud Operations teams, this role will bridge strategy, architecture, and execution to enable next-generation analytics and AI capabilities., * Define and evolve the enterprise BI & Analytics architecture vision aligned with data and cloud strategy.
- Establish and maintain reference architectures for analytical solutions, including data ingestion, modeling, serving, and consumption layers.
- Lead architectural reviews of analytical use cases and solutions across domains.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, scalability, and performance best practices., * Evaluate modern ecosystems (e.g., data platforms, AI/ML tools, automation frameworks) and recommend adoption strategies.
- Act as a thought leader in AI-driven analytics, GenAI use cases, and intelligent automation., * Work closely with Platform Engineering teams to shape and enhance analytics platforms and capabilities.
- Collaborate with Cloud Operations to ensure reliability, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Partner with Cyber Security teams to validate and approve new tools, integrations, and architectural patterns.
- Ensure new capabilities are production-ready, secure, and compliant with enterprise policies., * Support complex and high-impact initiatives with hands-on architectural guidance.
- Promote reusable architectural patterns and integration frameworks.
- Ensure proper integration between data platforms, BI tools, and AI services.
Collaboration with BI Best Practices Lead

Partner closely with the BI & Analytics Best Practices Lead to:

Align architecture standards with design and development best practices

Ensure consistency between governance, semantic modeling, and platform architecture

Co-drive enterprise-wide standards, frameworks, and adoption
Provide architectural input into playbooks, templates, and governance models, Technology Strategy & Roadmap
- Contribute to the BI & Analytics technology roadmap
- Identify gaps and opportunities in current platforms and propose enhancements
- Drive modernization initiatives (e.g., cloud-native architectures, real-time analytics, data products)
Ensure alignment with broader enterprise and data strategy
Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

8+ years of experience in data architecture, analytics platforms, or BI solutions

Strong hands-on experience with modern data platforms such as:

Cloud ecosystems (Azure preferred)

Data warehousing / lakehouse architectures

BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
Proven experience in enterprise architecture and solution design
Experience working with Cyber Security and Cloud/Platform teams
Strong understanding of:
- Data modeling and semantic layers
- Data pipelines and orchestration
- Performance optimization and scalability
Experience leading technology evaluations, POCs, and AI based innovation initiatives
Familiarity with AI/ML and automation tools is a strong advantage
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
