Job description
The IT Services team is based in Nottingham and comprises of a team of proactive individuals who take a professional and flexible approach to all aspects of IT Service, including Help Desk, Level 2 Technical Support, Training, Project Management and IT Administration. The IT Services team work collaboratively with other functions within the IT Department and wider firm. This role is key to ensuring the timely completion of administrative tasks that support the successful operation of the team. There is also an expectation that the successful candidate will utilise their understanding of continual improvement methodology to identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency of the role and those supported by it. Requirements
- A thorough appreciation of excellent client care is essential. Ideally, candidates will come from a Helpdesk or customer services environment, thereby having excellent interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skills
- Able to prioritise and manage time
- A thorough appreciation of customer service
- A self-starter, able to make things happen and effect change
- A desire to constantly make things better
