This role will lead, supervise, manage, develop and motivate all team members on a daily basis. The Training Team lead role, will management the IT induction programme and take ownership for the planning and delivery of new application and business process training. Person specification

• E-learning strategy qualification TAPs or equivalent
• Experience of Microsoft software packages including Office, Project and Visio
• Excellent knowledge of e-learning packages including PageTiger, Articulate and Engage
• Experience of working under a formal project delivery methodology such as Prince2 or Agile would be beneficial
