Job description

We are looking for a driven and detail-focused Data Analyst to join our P&G team. In this role, you will provide effective and efficient reporting and analytical support to help achieve agreed customer objectives and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the P&G account.

You will work closely with key internal stakeholders, including National Field Managers, to deliver accurate insights, manage targets and incentives, and turn complex datasets into clear, actionable information., Produce and distribute weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders and the client, ensuring deadlines are consistently met. Work closely with National Field Managers to set and manage field targets, incentives and bonus payments. Validate data across multiple platforms, proactively identifying data integrity issues, inaccuracies and inconsistencies. Analyse large datasets, identifying and highlighting relevant insights and presenting findings in the required format. Support additional tasks, data exports and analytical projects as required.

Requirements

Advanced proficiency in Excel. High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency. Excellent planning and organisational skills. Ability to commute to Thame., Knowledge of Power BI, Access or other database tools. Experience with data mining techniques and procedures.
