Job description
We are working with a leading UK organisation undergoing a major business and technology transformation programme, and are seeking an experienced D365 CRM Developer to join on an initial 6-month contract.
This is a key role within a large-scale transformation, focused on enhancing and extending a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform, supporting critical customer and operational services.
INSIDE IR35 HYBIRD WORKING - 2-3 DAYS IN LONDON
You will play a hands-on role in the design, development, and implementation of D365 CRM solutions, working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Architecture teams to deliver high-quality, scalable functionality.
This role will suit someone comfortable working in a complex, enterprise environment, contributing to a fast-paced programme with multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions within D365 CRM (Customer Engagement modules)
- Configure and customise entities, forms, workflows, and business rules
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C# and .NET
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems via APIs and Azure services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Support testing, deployment, and release activities
- Ensure solutions are aligned with best practice, performance, and security standards
Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/Customer Engagement)
- Proven development experience using:
- C#, .NET
- JavaScript/TypeScript
- Plugins, custom workflows, and Web APIs
- Experience with Azure services (eg Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus)
- Strong understanding of D365 data model and solution architecture
- Experience integrating D365 with other enterprise systems
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Ability to work in Agile delivery environments
