Salesforce Developer - Fully Remote | Outside IR35

We're working with a fast-growing, technology-led organisation looking to bring in an experienced Salesforce Developer to support the design and delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions across their Salesforce ecosystem.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be heavily involved in development, but also have a voice in shaping technical direction, architecture, and best practices. You'll collaborate closely with both technical and business stakeholders to build solutions that are robust, efficient, and aligned to real-world use cases.

• Designing and building tailored Salesforce solutions to support business processes and client requirements
• Developing custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
• Configuring the platform, including objects, fields, validation rules, and automation (Flows, workflows, etc.)
• Delivering integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
• Contributing to architectural decisions and ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable
• Producing clear technical documentation and supporting knowledge sharing
• Troubleshooting issues, testing solutions, and supporting deployments within an agile environment

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Developer within complex or enterprise environments
• Proven capability across Apex, Lightning (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL
• Solid experience delivering integrations with third-party systems and APIs
• Good understanding of Salesforce security model, configuration, and performance optimisation
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (essential), with PDII highly desirable
• Ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working in agile delivery environments
