Job description
We're working with a fast-growing, technology-led organisation looking to bring in an experienced Salesforce Developer to support the design and delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions across their Salesforce ecosystem.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be heavily involved in development, but also have a voice in shaping technical direction, architecture, and best practices. You'll collaborate closely with both technical and business stakeholders to build solutions that are robust, efficient, and aligned to real-world use cases.
- Designing and building tailored Salesforce solutions to support business processes and client requirements
- Developing custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
- Configuring the platform, including objects, fields, validation rules, and automation (Flows, workflows, etc.)
- Delivering integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
- Contributing to architectural decisions and ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable
- Producing clear technical documentation and supporting knowledge sharing
- Troubleshooting issues, testing solutions, and supporting deployments within an agile environment
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Developer within complex or enterprise environments
- Proven capability across Apex, Lightning (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL
- Solid experience delivering integrations with third-party systems and APIs
- Good understanding of Salesforce security model, configuration, and performance optimisation
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (essential), with PDII highly desirable
- Ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working in agile delivery environments
