Project Execution & Delivery
- Own and manage project schedules, deliverables, and the end-to-end software product life cycle.
- Actively identify project risks and develop creative mitigation and contingency plans to keep projects on track.
- Champion processes and tools that standardize software development, continuously identifying inefficiencies and implementing smart improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategy
- Partner closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs, prioritize requests, and deliver best-in-class software experiences that elevate our hardware.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders across Design, Product Marketing, Engineering, and QA.
- Provide clear, regular communication and status reports to stakeholders and Business Group leaders, thoughtfully escalating risks during management and Gate reviews.
Agile Leadership & Scrum Mastery
- Act as the Scrum Master for multiple teams, championing the Scrum framework and guiding teams in agile best practices.
- Drive and coordinate essential agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Proactively resolve issues and remove obstacles so your teams can focus on delivering high-quality work.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of Software Project Management experience in the consumer electronics or tech industry, with demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies.
- Agile Expertise: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with at least 1 year of active, hands-on Scrum practice and a deep understanding of Scrum principles.
- Technical Acumen: A solid grasp of the intersection between hardware, embedded software (firmware), and application software.
- AI Integration: Demonstrated understanding of AI and how it can benefit software development, transform day-to-day workflows, and drive increases in both efficiency and quality.
- User-Centric Mindset: Deep empathy for user needs, a passion for productivity tools, and a relentless commitment to software quality.
- Execution: Exceptional organizational, planning, and self-management skills.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact, influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively across global geographies and all levels of management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience working closely with firmware and hardware products.
Education:
- A BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience working as a software engineer in consumer product development is highly valued.

- Location: Lausanne, Switzerland (Must have the ability to work effectively across multiple time zones).
