We're partnered with an innovative AI-focused technology company based in Central London that is transforming the way businesses use data, automation, and intelligent systems. As the company continues to grow and invest heavily in its technology infrastructure, they're now looking for a talented 1st Line IT Engineer to join their expanding internal IT team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a cutting-edge technology environment, supporting a team of engineers, developers, and data specialists who rely on fast, secure, and highly reliable systems. You'll be the first point of contact for IT support, helping resolve technical issues while ensuring employees can operate efficiently across a modern cloud-based infrastructure.

You'll work closely with senior engineers on escalations and projects, gaining experience across Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, networking, and modern infrastructure systems while building the technical skills needed to progress into 2nd Line, Infrastructure, or Cloud Engineering roles.
Requirements
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments and Microsoft 365
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and user administration
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and customer support skills
- A genuine interest in modern technology, cloud platforms, and AI-driven environments
