In this role, you will drive the end-to-end implementation journey for merchants and partners, ensuring their transition into the global payment landscape is seamless. Your expertise will provide clients with a strong technical foundation, enabling them to navigate complex integrations effectively. You'll also play a pivotal role in coordinating across multiple teams to unblock integrations and ensure timely launches. This opportunity allows you to shape the future of payment solutions while making a significant impact on client satisfaction and operational excellence. \n Accountabilities Own the end-to-end implementation journey for merchants and partners in North America. Lead technical conversations with customer stakeholders on integration strategy and risk management. Become a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business needs
and translating them into technical requirements. Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure timely launches and unblock integration issues. Manage multiple concurrent integrations by tracking milestones and ensuring smooth ramp-ups. Troubleshoot API/payment issues and drive resolution with internal and external stakeholders. Improve implementation processes and documentation to enhance delivery quality. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Implementation/Integration Engineering, or similar. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services (JSON, XML; SOAP a plus). Proficiency in web fundamentals (HTTP, authentication concepts, debugging client/server flows). Working knowledge of at least one server-side language (Python, Node.js, Go, Java, etc.). Exposure to databases and infrastructure (SQL/PostgreSQL/MySQL).
