Job description
As Windows System Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining and optimizing Windows-based infrastructures in complex enterprise environments.
Build side:
- Designing and implementing Windows Server infrastructure solutions in enterprise environments
- Defining infrastructure standards, engineering rules and configuration management processes
- Automating operational tasks using PowerShell scripting
- Contributing to infrastructure transformation projects and cloud integration initiatives
- Deploying and maintaining cluster environments and server infrastructures
- Optimizing server environments through performance audits and system tuning
- Evaluating new technologies and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Run side:
- Maintaining Windows infrastructure in operational condition and ensuring service continuity
- Managing incidents, troubleshooting issues and performing root cause analysis
- Monitoring infrastructure performance and implementing remediation actions
- Managing infrastructure obsolescence and security risk remediation
- Supporting production environments and participating in on-call activities when required
- Collaborating with suppliers and technical partners on infrastructure matters
- Contributing to operational documentation and process improvements
Requirements
You have at least 6 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure environments. You enjoy solving complex technical challenges and improving infrastructure reliability. You are looking for an environment where your expertise matters and where collaboration drives innovation.

This is your expertise:
- You have strong experience with:
- Windows Server environments (administration, troubleshooting, enterprise operations)
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and identity services
- PowerShell scripting and infrastructure automation
- Virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Enterprise infrastructure monitoring and backup solutions
- Cloud environments (Azure / IaaS / PaaS)
- ITIL processes and production operations management

- SCCM / MECM
- SQL Server
- Infrastructure orchestration tools
