Job description

We're looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to join our team in Brussels. You'll lead the migration of enterprise applications to Microsoft 365 and shape the future of low-code development across the organization. If you're ready to drive impactful transformation in a global environment, we'd love to hear from you!, Lead the end-to-end migration of applications and automations from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 Design and implement scalable solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate Support demand intake, governance frameworks, and lifecycle management for low-code applications Coach and support citizen developers while contributing to the development of corporate applications Define and implement monitoring tools for usage, licensing, and platform performance Design integration strategies between Power Platform and backend systems (e.g. SAP, enterprise applications) Build and maintain reusable connectors and automation building blocks Mentor internal teams and contribute to the setup of a structured low-code ecosystem Support migration planning and ensure smooth transition to sustainable operations

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 5+ years of experience in low-code/no-code platforms or automation engineering Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) Experience with system integrations and APIs (e.g. SAP or other enterprise systems) Solid understanding of governance, application lifecycle management, and best practices in low-code environments Experience mentoring or coaching teams, ideally within a Center of Excellence or similar setup Fluent in English (mandatory) Strong analytical mindset, autonomy, and excellent communication skills
