The organization supports several major players in the sector,In this context, we are seeking an experienced IT project manager to lead several projects primarily related to IT infrastructure, information systems security, and management. The consultant will work in a multi-project environment and collaborate with internal technical teams as well as external service providers
The project manager will be responsible for the complete management of IT projects, from the scoping phase to production deployment.
They will be specifically in charge of the portfolio of security-related projects, including:
- NIS2 compliance projects for various partners
- Projects related to strengthening cybersecurity
- The implementation of a Security Operations Center (SOC)
The project manager is accountable for all project deliverables and their compliance with quality, scheduling, and governance requirements.
To this end, they rely on internal teams and business stakeholders from the organizations involved, who contribute to the production of these deliverables.
The project manager remains responsible for the overall consistency, quality, and validation of the deliverables produced, as well as their presentation to the project governance bodies. In this context, the project manager will work closely with information security experts and infrastructure experts, who will provide the necessary technical expertise.
Externally, the project manager will be responsible for coordinating this expertise, structuring the projects, and ensuring that objectives are met in terms of deadlines, budget, and quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- managing dependencies and synergies between projects within their assigned portfolio
- structuring projects and defining their scope
- identifying and coordinating technical teams and stakeholders
- monitoring the schedule, budget, and risks
- preparing governance and steering committee materials
- ensuring project communication and reporting
- formalizing deliverables under the project manager's responsibility
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, * Excellent command of project management methodologies (PMI or equivalent)
- Ability to engage stakeholders and drive project progress
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Ability to quickly become autonomous in managing their assigned portfolio
- Ability to thrive in a complex, multi-stakeholder organization
- Proven experience in drafting key project deliverables (project charter, schedule) Detailed reporting (steering committee, budget monitoring).
Technical Skills The project manager must have a good understanding of IT infrastructure environments and cybersecurity in order to understand the technical challenges and effectively coordinate the teams., You have at least 10 year of professional experiences in IT If you are at least fluent in FR it's best You're eager to learn, motivated and curious
