Requirements
- Deep expertise in network observability and telemetry, including large-scale SNMP, NetFlow/IPFIX, syslog, and streaming/model-driven telemetry.
- Strong experience designing and running enterprise observability platforms, using tools such as SevOne, ThousandEyes, Grafana, Datadog, NetBrain, and Cisco ACI/NDO.
- Proven ability to drive network automation and diagnostics, leveraging Python, REST APIs, Ansible, executable runbooks, and intent-based approaches.
- Hands-on experience with high-volume analytics and time-series data, including ClickHouse or similar platforms for performance analysis and anomaly detection.
- Deep understanding of low-latency, highly available network architectures, ideally within financial services or trading environments.
- Comfortable acting as a senior technical lead, supporting incident response, resilience initiatives, governance, and mentoring other engineers.
