Job description
As Digital Project Manager , you will plan, execute, and oversee projects that go beyond campaigns, including advanced AI Agent initiatives and innovative digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: marketing, strategy, design, content, and technology, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on strategy, and with maximum impact for our clients (retail, automative, FMCG, B2B, …), Project Planning & Strategy
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Translate business and AI opportunities into actionable project strategies.
Team & Coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, content creators, data specialists, and AI experts.
- Foster effective collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Ensure alignment between project execution and strategic objectives, especially for AI-driven or digital experience projects.
Resource Management
- Allocate and coordinate resources across multiple projects, ensuring the right skill sets are available at the right time.
- Anticipate changes and challenges proactively, keeping projects on track and avoiding bottlenecks.
- Maintain a clear overview of project workloads and timelines, always staying a step ahead in planning and execution.
- Optimize team capacity and performance, ensuring efficiency and high-quality delivery.
Budget & Financial Oversight
- Track project budgets closely, using our finance systems to monitor costs and ensure projects remain profitable.
- Manage timesheets and resource billing to maintain financial accuracy and transparency.
- Provide regular budget updates to clients and internal management, highlighting potential financial risks or optimization opportunities.
- Ensure all projects deliver both strategic value and financial performance in line with agency standards
Risk & Quality Management
- Identify potential project risks, including technical, operational, or AI-related challenges, and develop mitigation plans.
- Conduct regular quality reviews to ensure deliverables meet Plan.Net's high standards and client expectations.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations.
- Advise clients on innovative AI applications, digital strategies, and optimization opportunities.
- Build strong, trust-based client relationships by understanding their business objectives and aligning project outcomes.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track and report on project performance, digital touchpoints, and campaign effectiveness using tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement and AI-driven optimizations.
Continuous Learning & Innovation
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital technologies, AI solutions, and industry trends.
- Integrate innovative tools, methodologies, and AI applications into project workflows to improve efficiency, creativity, and client impact.
Requirements
- An education in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in an agency environment as Project Manager or Account Manager (digital agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of all digital touchpoints (paid, owned, and 1:1 communication).
- Proficiency in project management software (Jira, Adobe Workfront, confluence…), CMS tools, and analytics platforms; experience with AEM, ACM & Salesforce is a plus.
- Demonstrated interest and hands-on experience with AI technologies , including AI Agents, LLMs, generative AI, and AI-driven personalization.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex AI/digital concepts to clients and teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to project management.
- Structured, autonomous, and a collaborative team player, with a client centric approach.
- Experience/ ability to work on a fast paced environment.
- Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and continuous learning .
- Fluent in Dutch or French (mandatory), with working proficiency in the other language.
- Automotive & Retail Experience is a plus
