Job description
- Lead end to end SAP S/4HANA implementations in Production Planning, Manufacturing Execution and Quality Management.
- Analyse business requirements and map them to SAP best practice capabilities.
- Prepare and facilitate Fit Gap / Fit to Standard workshops with business stakeholders.
- Design scalable solutions, drive process optimisation and ensure adoption of identified improvements.
- Oversee implementation activities in collaboration with nearshore/offshore delivery teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and support project management activities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of SAP experience, including 2-5 full lifecycle implementations in PP and/or QM.
- Deep process knowledge in Production Planning, Shop Floor Execution and Quality Management, with the ability to translate requirements into robust system designs.
- Hands?on S/4HANA project experience; certification preferred.
- Experience in international template rollouts is an advantage.
- Strong consulting skill set: stakeholder management, structured problem solving, resilience.
- Degree in Economics, Information Technology, Logistics or equivalent.
- Skilled in analysing, synthesising and communicating complex information for diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (B2+) and willingness to travel for projects.
