Design Engineer Location: Caersws, SY17 Salary: £35,000 - £40,(Apply online only)/610 Join a growing, specialist engineering manufacturer designing and building bespoke systems for the marine sector. This is an opportunity to work on technical projects from concept through to manufacture within a close-knit, high-quality engineering environment. Responsibilities: Design Engineer role within a bespoke manufacturing environment Responsibility for end-to-end design projects, from customer enquiry through to manufacture Design and development of new and existing products to meet customer and business requirements Creation of high-quality technical drawings, documentation, and bills of materials Collaboration with customers and internal production teams to deliver effective solutions Opportunity to contribute to product improvement, cost reduction, and new manufacturing methods

Occasional travel to customer sites to support design reviews, installation, or problem-solving Knowledge, Skills & Experience: HNC/HND or equivalent industry experience Mechanical or Electrical engineering background Experience using 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred) Minimum 2 years' mechanical design experienceIf you are interested in this position please click 'apply'.
