Job description
As part of our IT Support Services team, you will provide customer focused technical support to learners and staff across all New College Lanarkshire campuses and will assist in the development, maintenance and deployment of the College's IT estate. You must have experience of common software applications such as Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, Teams and Office 365, and the hardware experience necessary to provide first and second-line technical support for IT faults including troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, repair, replacement, testing and configuration of equipment.
Requirements
Educated to HNC level (or SCQF level 7) in a relevant subject area, you will have demonstrable experience of working in a technical support function. You will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and be capable of working on your own initiative and as part of a team.
