Job description
- Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions across the full lifecycle
- Provide technical leadership, breaking down requirements and guiding development teams
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical solutions
- Drive quality through code reviews, best practices, and continuous improvement
- Mentor junior developers and support team growth
Requirements
- Strong Salesforce development background with Apex and LWC
- Experience leading technical delivery on complex Salesforce programmes
- Knowledge of integrations, data modelling, and architecture best practices
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Public sector experience beneficial
- Willingness to undergo security clearance
