IT Support Engineer - North West England

We're seeking a passionate IT Support Engineer to join our team in the North West of England. You'll be part of a team that our clients rely on, from remote problem-solving to on-site client visits, every day will bring fresh challenges. Occasional travel between regions is all part of the journey to becoming a well-rounded IT professional with diverse client and technical experience.

What we're looking for

· Windows OS - You know these systems inside out

· Network Infrastructure - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, and routing are your playground

· Security expertise - Sophos/Watchguard experience preferred

· Microsoft 365 - Extensive experience

· Smart device wizardry - Android and iOS hold no secrets from you

Bonus Points for

• macOS support experience
• Apple MDM experience (ABM, JAMF Pro)
• Microsoft Intune and Autopilot experience

Package & Benefits

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum (experience dependent)

The Schedule

Core Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Flexibility required for occasional out-of-hours support, weekend migrations, and travel
