Data Scientist

Hexwired Recruitment is working with a client in Manchester who is looking to onboard experienced Senior Data Scientist to support a number of high-profile programmes across finance, energy, and secure government environments., * Analyse, transform, and model structured and unstructured data

• Design, build, and deploy ML/AI models and data pipelines
• Present insights through visualisation and reporting
• Collaborate with engineers, developers, and stakeholders
• Support research, experimentation, and innovation
• Mentor and guide less experienced team members

• Strong experience in data science and machine learning
• Proficient in Python and modern data tools (e.g. notebooks, cloud platforms)
• Skilled in statistical analysis and problem-solving
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience leading projects or supporting team development
