Requirements
The ideal candidate will have good hands-on experience with AWS to snowflake data migrations and a background working within retail environments, either in-house or via consultancy engagements supporting retail clients.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong Data Engineering expertise with Snowflake data platform
- Experience of Data platform Snowflake migrations (from AWS to Snowflake preferred)
- Experience of Github/Workflows
- Delivered in commercially environments
- Experience of Open flow (Snowflake hosted would be beneficial)
- Experience of building Event driven ingestion pipelines on AWS, SNS, S3 etc.
- Experience of DBT - DBT Core/Dbt Project ( not cloud)
- Experience of Amazon Redshift - optional.
- Experience of data reconciliation.
- Client facing role - good communication skillset required.
- Experience working for a retail client or working for a consultancy with a retailer as end client
