Job description
As Digital Analytics Manager, you will be a curious, proactive, and commercially minded leader responsible for evolving our understanding of conversion rates and user behaviour. You will own and evolve digital measurement across customer journeys, ensuring data is accurate, resilient, and fit for purpose using our best in class Snowflake setup and GA4 server side tracking., * Measurement Excellence: Manage tagging and tracking across digital products to ensure high quality data capture.
- Strategic Insight: Provide clear data storytelling that explains what is happening, why, and what should be done next to improve performance.
- SQL & Data Engineering: Use your technical expertise to create new datamarts or update existing code to integrate new features and data sources.
- Optimisation & Testing: Lead analytics input for UX, CRO, and acquisition testing, ensuring experiment designs are robust and learnings are actionable.
- Commercial & Pricing Integration: Partner with Commercial and Pricing teams to integrate new data and analytical techniques, identifying opportunities to expand our competitive footprint or rectify unprofitable segments.

Requirements
- Insights: Solid experience creating actionable insights that inform strategy and operational decision making.
- Leadership: Proven people leadership experience coaching and developing high performing teams.
- Technical: Strong analytical skills including proficiency in SQL and hands on expertise with GA4 and GTM.
- Storytelling: Proven ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior and executive level stakeholders.
- Communication: Strong presentation abilities, with a knack for turning complexity into clarity.
