• Further development of employees and ensuring a clear leadership structure
• Building and maintaining close relationships with the specialist departments (business partnering)
• Identification and implementation of optimization and automation potentials in business processes
• Responsibility for stable operation and further development of business applications
• Creation and implementation of an application roadmap
• Management and control of projects in the application environment
• Management of external partners and service providers - also in English

• Proven leadership skills with strong communication abilities.
• Experience in business applications and team development., * Completed IT education at HF, FH level or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the area of Business Applications / Application Management, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams
• Existing further education in business administration, management, or leadership
• Experience in the introduction or replacement of business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM)
• Strong leadership and social skills with clear communication ability
• Ability to develop, challenge, and promote employees
• High assertiveness combined with an appreciative leadership style
• Strong business orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
• Negotiation-level German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
