Job description

The main purpose of the role is to support the surgery administration team with a high level of accuracy around data collection, reporting and setting up recall systems using SystmOne, eHealthscope, CQRS and TeamNet. This is a reactive role and can be fluid in its delivery.

You will be responsible for the collation of data, working with our management team to ensure that we are excelling with QOF and Contracts. Supporting data analysis for claiming purposes and adhering to our commitments for Service Level Agreements (SLA) Local Enhanced Services (LES) and Direct Enhanced Services (DES).

Taking a lead role in the Long Term Condition review invitations and recalls.

Supporting the Assistant Practice Manager with the creation, review and maintenance of all Practice policies and procedures in line with mandatory updates.

Take a supporting role with the Lead Practice Nurse over stock taking of consumables and chargeable/claimable items for maximum claims and income.

Trouble shoot IT problems, identify solutions and report to IT helpdesk if necessary

Supporting the administrators with the management of clinical results on a rota basis.

You will be responsible for the management of any tasks which are assigned to you and regular cleansing of data through IT systems to ensure the most current information is correct.

You will be responsible for the collation of data, working alongside our Data Quality Lead to ensure that we are excelling with QOF and Contracts. Supporting data analysis for claiming purposes and adhering to our commitments for Service Level Agreements (SLA) Local Enhanced Services (LES) and Direct Enhanced Services (DES).

Taking a lead role in the Long Term Condition review invitations and recalls, ensuring that these are managed appropriately within SystmOne and in line with Practice guidelines.

Supporting and training staff with the use of templates, including facilitating any notified changes within the desired timeframe, ensuring that this is before the deadline. To maximise income, ensure that the appropriate templates are being used.

Supporting the Assistant Practice Manager with the creation, review and maintenance of all Practice policies and procedures in line with mandatory updates.

Take a supporting role with the Lead Practice Nurse over stock taking of consumables and chargeable/claimable items for maximum claims and income.

Managing of public advice literature and patient communications. Being the point of contact for handling patient online access problems.

Trouble shooting IT problems, identify solutions and where appropriate report to IT helpdesk, this is to include the validation of self-check in machine data.

You will be required to support the administration team with the management of clinical results on a rota basis.

You will be responsible for the prompt management of any tasks which are assigned to you and regular cleansing of data through IT systems to ensure the most current information is correct.

Requirements

The role of the Data Administrator can at times, be very demanding and reactive so we are looking for someone who is confident, has excellent communication skills, is highly organised and good at multi-tasking with experience of reporting and data input., * Good standard of general education with GCSE Mathematics and English at Grace C or above, * NVQII in Customer Care

About the company

Roundwood Surgery is based in the centre of Mansfield with 5 GP Partners and a salaried GP. We are a teaching practice and therefore have 8 training clinicians with us also.
