AV & IT Support Analyst (Tier 2)

We are looking for a hands-on Audio-Visual (AV) & IT Support Analyst to support enterprise conference rooms, live events, and end-user systems for a high-visibility government environment. If you have experience with Teams Rooms, Zoom, AV setups, and Tier 2 desktop support, this role is for you! What You'll Do:

• Set up and support AV systems (projectors, microphones, cameras, conferencing tools)
