This role offers the chance to apply your skills in support of meaningful work for one of our client partners.
This position assists customers to resolve technical support issues of various levels of complexity, related to computer hardware, software, associated peripheral equipment, and user password related items. In addition to providing phone support to customers, this position will also perform installation, maintenance and problem resolution of desktop platforms, software, and operating systems.
Requirements
- Service Desk & IT/Desktop Support (2-5+ years of relevant experience)
- Troubleshoot hardware issues, OS and software issues (2-5+ years of relevant experience)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Nice to Have Skills
- Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing systems
- Experience writing technical and user documentation
- Experience Imaging and deploying PCs (2-5+ years)
The base range for this contract position is $18-20 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
