Job description
Troubleshoot desktop operating system, application errors and PC hardware issues. Troubleshoot minor server-hardware issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve all hardware, software and network problems
- Set up and maintain user desktop environments; relocate and set up peripherals as may be required.
- Analyze if any error is coming in any of the report
- Provide daily IT support task and manage IT infrastructure in an organization.
Requirements
Solid knowledge of operations of Microsoft applications, enterprise applications (SAP) and other software solutions.
- Solid knowledge of operations of IT and communication hardware and other technical equipment.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work on projects, day to day operations and solid understanding of enterprise system and knowledge of network
