Application Engineering / Training Coordinator

Develop Webinars for sales, service and applications engineering.

• Work with marketing on brochure content and accuracy
• Develop and execute classroom learning for applications engineering, and additional customer training.
• Write and maintain training documentation materials.
• Answer questions regarding applications engineering and machine tool function.
• Assist in sales presentations, open house events and IMTS.
• Occasionally set up showroom, open house, and IMTS demos on machines as needed.
• Conduct Training and Applications videos for YouTube and related social media in cooperation with Marketing.

Minimum of 5 year experience of the Machine Tool Industry

• Mechanical Engineering Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of Fanuc Machines and CNC engines
• Product Knowledge
• Management Capacities
• Distribution channel support requirements knowledge
• Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
• Strong understanding of Machine Tool applications
• Clear Understanding of customer needs
