IT Application Manager

Responsible for user requirement analysis, design, programming, testing, debugging, and supporting business user on new or existing application; SAP.SO/ MM! CS/ FI Module and Web applications.

• Applies software design/development/testing theories and principles, performs complex work in research, design and developments of new or existing application, systems, products, software, tools and processes required for the operation, maintenance, development and testing of products.
• Backup IT General manager on IT Commercials and limited areas of IT infrastructures related work.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY Existing Software/Application

• Support End User on use of IT applications, functionality - SAP Based and Web Based applications
• Maintain, bug-fix, development, enhancement, and testing of the existing software/ application functionality according to the requirements of the business.
• Manage database (Informix / MS SQL Server) to maintain existing software
• Communicate with HQ Back-End development Center in written/ verbal on development/ enhancement and major incident resolution
• Communicate with Vendor Technical resource to resolve major incident, bug-fix and upgrades

New Software / Application

• Analysis, Design, Programming, testing & debugging and implementation
• Co-work / Communicate with HQ development Center or Vendor Technical resource to delivery implemented new software / application

Application Support and Development

• Is capable of providing development and support for software applications in their assigned area of responsibility (ex., Sales, procurement, Inventory, Service, Equipment Serial, Parts and dealer systems).
• Has language skills appropriate to those environments (i.e. ABAP, 4GL, Java, Perl), may be required to develop single-user, multi-user and multi-tasking applications.
• Participates in the evaluation and implementation of third party software systems applications
• Ensures that all application systems, databases and programs have documented and tested backup and recovery procedures as appropriate.
• Supports the development of application 5γstems that are CO$t effective and flexible in design.
• Provides functional / technical applications support as a Help Desk to internal employee and external distributor side user.
• Communicate with HQ Back-End developer Center in written/Verbal on incidnet handling on behalf of business user

System Technology Support

• Is knowledgeable and supportive of corporate and business unit's information technology strategies and commercials.
• Works with the business community to anticipate and future information needs and incorporate them into the IT Strategy and design/implementation process.
• Supports and develops internal and external websites and portals to support business needs
• Knowledgeable and supportive of internal IT infrastructure (Servers, Networks, Securities etc.) preferred

8-10 years of experiences

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent in work planning and manage progress for both internally / externally
• Excellent to understand business requirement / process /documents and capture IT requirement in detail and develop systems that meet the business needs.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Self Motivated in learning unfamiliar IT technology & Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English/Korean.
