IT & Operations Manager

We are searching for an experienced IT Manager who can maintain and expand our IT assets and networks. The ideal candidate will be able to manage our WAN, LAN, SAN, VoIP and EDI computer platforms, while looking for ways to grow our networks in a cost-effective way to meet future needs. The IT Manager will be responsible for developing network maintenance and growth plans, creating annual and project budgets, managing the IT staff and keeping the executive team up to date on the latest networking technologies that could help the company to succeed. This position is unique because it requires additional tasks besides IT operations. We are looking for a multi-player who can manage our IT procurement and General Affairs activities.

Responsibilities -Develop innovative network troubleshooting methods that reduce downtime and lower repair costs -Work closely with departmental managers to determine the maintenance and growth needs of the network -Manage and maintain the intranet, proprietary services including groupware services and internal security software -Monitor changing network technology and deliver a technology update to the executive team each quarter -Responsible for creating and administering disaster plans that will keep the company functional in the event of a crisis -Determine the rationale and methods for upgrading company network software programs each time an update is released -Coordinate the QA test for new products with the Research and Development team in HQ -Manage and oversee the contracted General Affairs service provider (facility management, procurements, call center, etc.) -Follow-up the General Affairs budget -Develop, implement and keep updated all the General Affairs related policies -Manage and coordinate the health and safety activities

Bachelor' Degree in Computer Science or related field -5+ years' experience in information technology management -Required skillsets: SAP based ERP, Inovis EDI Platforms (Inovis BizConnect, Inovis TrustedLink), VoIP platform, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Windows Servers -Comprehensive understanding of network architecture and client/server technology -Software development abilities preferred -Strong problem solving and communication skills require -Good conceptual and analytical competences, team player, goal-oriented, possessing a desire to work for a fast-paced, results-based company -Fluency in English and Korean (Required)
