Job description
The Epic Optime Analyst facilitates end-user meetings and provides an advance level of operational/application build expertise in completing the more sophisticated assignments to meet customer goals.
- Performs sophisticated level design, build and implementation assignments/projects.
- Based on deep knowledge of application and operational requirements can translates sophisticated requirement/concepts into functionality.
- Initiates, facilitates, or leads meetings with end-user/business owner and other Epic teams
- Lead on team projects: translating customer needs, status reporting, and managing customer relationships and expectations.
- Participates in re-engineering of operational work-flow processes with end-users/business owners.
- Facilitates end-user/business owner needs into system specifications and configuration requirements.
- Provides high-level expertise in design integration and touch points with other Epic modules and/or other applications.
- Assists team lead in developing project plans and details.
- Manage and coordinate the more advanced configuration and build assignments/projects in collaboration with others.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Epic Optime Certification Required, other Epic certs preferred Surgical/procedural experience/exposure in any capacity preferred. EXPERIENCE: At least 3 years hands on end user experience with Epic Optime/ASC workflows Experience with process improvements, reporting and regulatory/credentialing support and detailed ASC workflows Healthcare experience required The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $67,000- $101,000, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package
