Job description
We are looking for an experienced Integration Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the integration of newly acquired centers into our established network. You will work across multiple departments to ensure seamless operational, financial, and HR alignment, while fostering strong relationships and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage full lifecycle integration efforts for newly acquired centers.
Design, pilot, and refine workflows to enhance the existing integration playbook.
Drive process standardization and consistency across the organization's expanding footprint.
Act as the primary liaison between sellers, internal teams, and leadership to ensure alignment.
Coordinate the implementation and onboarding of core systems
Collaborate with teams in Finance, Operations, HR, and IT to facilitate smooth transitions.
Establish clear communication structures to support sellers before, during, and after acquisition.
Represent the organization with professionalism and strong executive presence.
Travel extensively (50-75%) to support integration efforts and maintain relationships.
Build scalable processes to improve sequencing, workflows, and overall integration efficiency
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or integration roles.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex workflows.
Proficiency with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across departments.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills at all organizational levels.
Ability to travel frequently, up to 75%, as required by the role.
