Job description
- Prepare, validate, and distribute operational and performance reports to ensure timely delivery of data-driven insights.
- Monitor data processing activities to identify any delays or quality issues, coordinating resolutions with cross-functional teams.
- Support service level tracking and performance management through thorough metric analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with analytics and operations teams to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data outputs.
- Communicate status updates, trends, and potential risks to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Maintain documentation and standardized reporting processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual for the role of Sr. Advanced Data Operations Analyst. This position is ideal for someone passionate about data processing and analytics, eager to support operations through effective reporting and collaboration., * Experience in analytics, data operations, or customer service analytics roles.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to interpret and validate data outputs effectively.
- Proven communication skills for conveying data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in cross-functional and matrixed environments., * Familiarity with Power BI for reviewing dashboards and validating metrics.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL Server for reading queries and validating results.
- Understanding of data pipelines and reporting workflows.
- Experience with supporting SLA, KPI, or performance reporting initiatives.
