Oracle HCM Technical/Functional REMOTE

• Creating new journeys- specifically contextualized and guided to support and enhance transactional processes.
• Report enhancements to add subject area reports and make the existing reports available in report or dashboard format using RFT, OTBI, and BI tools and implementing Data Fusion analytics.
• Provide technical expertise to production enhancement activities related to Talent areas such as performance evaluations, touch points, goals and talent review and succession planning set up.
• Assist with complex user issue resolution.
• Work with functional and technical teams to address functional changes in system modules including ORC, Comp, HCM, Health and Safety, Case Management/help desk, Profiles, Learning etc.
• Work with IT and functional teams to facilitate conversion from Responsive UI to Redwood for existing functionality and enhancements possible via this conversion. Including HCM, Talent Management, Compensation, Health and Safety, Help Desk/Knowledge Center, Case Management, Succession Planning.
• Support, build and set up HDL and interfaces activities. This will be critical but not limited to for support in position workforce structures, job and position profiles.

• Ability to create, edit, reports via RTF, BI, OTBI in Oracle HCM/Data Fusion analytics: 3 Years.
• Ability to create Dashboards - global and secured: 3 Years.
• Set up and configuration of HCM modules - Core, Talent, compensation, Recruiting, Help Desk, Safety, ORC, learning: 3 Years.
• Ability to create and maintain journeys including contextualized, guided and regular: 3 Years.
• Experience HDL loads.
• Ability to set up and trouble shoot transactional workflows: 3 Years.
• Experience with gathering functional user requirements and translating to deliverable: 3 Years.

• Familiarity with trouble shooting end user issues: 3 Years.

• Creating testing scripts to support functional changes.
