Sound a bit like you? We are currently seeking a Solutions Marketing Manager to join our team to help create awareness and demand for our IP networks portfolio. As part of this role, you will work closely with product line management, segment leaders, business development, pre-sales, and the broader global marketing team to develop compelling messaging and marketing content to enable sales and power technology thought leadership and demand-gen campaigns. Responsibilities
- Content creation: Create marketing collateral including data sheets, application notes, eBrochures, videos, blogs, presentations, business case studies, customer success stories, demos and more, with messaging that addresses real business needs, clearly articulates our value proposition, and is in sync with product development and sales goals.
- Portfolio Evangelist: Work with product management, sales, and marketing colleagues to help evangelize how our IP networking solutions are suited to solve customer challenges and are uniquely differentiated from the competition. Work with industry analysts and other influencers to establish Nokia as an industry leader. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Sales Enablement: Ensure our sales teams and market segment leaders are confident and well equipped to sell our IP networks portfolio through delivering sales training and supporting collateral and tools including market analysis, competitor battlecards, and sales playbooks.

You are high energy and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented, and fast-moving environment. You get things done., You have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in the data center networking, cloud and/or security industry.
- A proven history of creating great content.
- Great communication skills: writing, presenting, listening, capturing and synthesizing.
- Strong focus on providing customer value and insight - business, technical and educational.
- Soliid experience in IP networking - including applications (e.g. mobile backhaul, IP access/aggregation, IP core, peering), architectures, protocols (e.g. BGP, MPLS, IPv6, SR-MPLS, SRv6, EVPN), hardware platforms, optics, network operating systems, netowrks management/automation
- Knowledge of IP routing market and key competitors
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
