Job description

Kforce's client, a growing, well established organization in the Phoenix area, is seeking a Senior IT Financial Systems Analyst with strong Oracle Financials experience. This search is being conducted in direct partnership with the hiring manager. This position is hybrid remote (4 days onsite and 1 day remote). Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to support and maintain enterprise financial systems, with a strong focus on Oracle. The team is currently executing a high impact Order to Cash (OTC) initiative and requires additional expertise to support project demands and ongoing operations. This role will play a key part in system configuration, financial data integrity, and the alignment of business processes across Finance and IT. Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain enterprise systems responsible for financial data
  • Serve as a core contributor to the Order to Cash (OTC) project
  • Configure, support, and optimize Oracle Financials
  • Partner closely with Finance and IT stakeholders on daily operations and system enhancements
  • Troubleshoot system issues, support implementations, and ensure accuracy, stability, and data integrity
  • Collaborate within a small, high impact team environment (currently two team members)

Requirements

  • Strong hands on experience with Oracle Financials, including system configuration
  • Background supporting or implementing financial systems
  • Experience working on the Systems Integrator (SI) side is highly preferred
  • Solid end user understanding of financial systems and business processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, project driven environment
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
