Requirements
- Seven (7) years of experience supporting workplace technologies services
- Five (5) years of experience managing IT support, systems, processes, and vendors
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Three (3) years of experience managing or supervising Education: Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, IT, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is often preferred.
- Experience supporting workplace technology services in a large healthcare system
- Experience in defining, measuring, and managing service level agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators
- Experience with vendor management, including success in conducting RFPs and vendor service transitions
- Experience in assessing and mitigating risks associated with workplace technology services
- Experience in leading technology change and deployments
- Experience managing or supervising personnel working under a collective bargaining agreement
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities»
- Proven financial management skills, including operational budget tasks
- Awareness of workplace analytics or digital employee experience management tools
- Strong working knowledge of IT workplace technology services
- Experience with implementing and managing ITIL processes, including knowledge, incident, change, service request, problem management, configuration management, release management, capacity management, and major incident management, * Soft Skills: High-level problem-solving, communication (translating technical concepts for non-technical staff), and adaptability in fast-paced clinical environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with all levels of staff and a patient population composed of diverse cultures and age groups
- Demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy and precision
- Demonstrate analytical and organizational, problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict management/resolutions skills
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching and personnel development skills as well as the ability to motivate employees in a team-oriented environment.
