Job description

Respond to IT Helpdesk Tickets.

  • Diagnose and resolve basic computer problems, including PC, server, internet connectivity, network, operating systems, applications, and printers; install and configure new PCs and other hardware, system upgrades and software patches.
  • Train users on new equipment and software.
  • Maintain IT hardware and software assets; assist in IT infrastructure and systems maintenance, upgrade, and/or migration.
  • Maintain system status and troubleshooting documents (procedures).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields preferred

  • Bilingual in English & Korean (Basic Korean is okay)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license
