Job description

? Work as part of a cross functional team to provide support to clients ? Preform advanced troubleshooting on IP cameras, Network Video Recorders(NVRs), and Video Management Software(VMSs) ? Own escalation tickets and work with our Product Team on resolutions ? Record technical solutions for trouble tickets ? Create internal Knowledgebase Articles ? Provide hands on support as needed (post-COVID19)

Requirements

One of the fastest growing physical security companies, is looking for a motivated individual with high attention to detail to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure relating to the deployment and support of IP cameras and network recorders; as well as experience in a high capacity service desk environment., ? Bachelor's degree or Technical Degree or equivalent work experience preferred ? Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively in a team environment is critical to this role ? Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability ? Excellent problem solver; able to prioritize and coordinate between tasks ? Strong communication/interpersonal skills, both written, verbal ? Ability to travel to client location NY/NJ/PA

Technical Experience: Required Experience 3+ Years in: ? Deployment and Support of: ? IP Cameras ? NVR ? VMS ? Solid foundation on networking concepts. ?COMPTIA A+/CCNA preferred ? Experience in high capacity helpdesk/call center environment ? Creating and maintaining documentation Preferred Experience: ? Basic understanding or exposure to SIX Sigma Continuous improvement (a plus) ? Basic understanding or exposure to ITIL framework (a plus) ? Prior experience in an in the security industry ? Previous Experience with Zendesk
