Job description

Develop n-Tier Microsoft.Net web applications using C# .Net and Visual Studio.
Work within, and lead, a development/user team during software development.
Develop test scripts to support unit testing.
Work with the OIT and the Division of Workers Compensation (DWC) to gather business requirements for software implementation.
Provide maintenance, enhancements, and support for the Clients applications as neededincluding .Net applications and web services that interact with electronic document management systems (EDMS) and FileNet systems.
Write and provide application and project technical documentation
Mentor staff in .Net and FileNet development skills as needed.
Transfer to the staff the knowledge necessary to maintain applications, including technical knowledge related to the system(s).
Other tasks.

Requirements

2+ yrs. of exp. developing database driven web-based applications. Net environment with C#.
FileNet.
Crystal Reports Server and SSRS.
Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Microsoft Test Manager.

Nice to Have Skills:

Microsoft Visual Studio
MVC
Oracle, SQL Server, DB2
Mainframe technologies.

Detailed Job Description:

Experience in IT, systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, or program evaluation (5+ years).
Experience developing and maintaining database driven web-based applications.
Experience with developing database driven applications in a Microsoft Visual Studio.Net environment with C#.
Experience with object-oriented development techniques.
Experience with 3-tier logical/physical architected applications.
Experience with Crystal Reports Server and SSRS.
Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Microsoft Test Manager.
Experience with the Departments Division of Workers Compensation business systems, processes, and rules (preferred).
Experience with the Departments security and information technology related procedures (preferred).
Experience with Control-M, IBM FileNet P8 platform, and Windows Task Scheduler (preferred).
Experience developing applications for the OIT (preferred).
Experience and expertise with SCRUM (preferred).
Experience with .Net development using MVC (preferred).
Experience with storing data to and retrieving data from Oracle (preferred).
Experience with storing data to and retrieving data from SQL Server (preferred).
Experience with storing data to and retrieving data from DB2 through custom applications (preferred).
Experience with Mainframe technologies (preferred).
Experience supporting scanning workstations and their scanners (preferred).
Experience with FileNet Image Services and FileNet P8 (preferred).
A bachelors degree in one (1) of the computer sciences fields or in management information systems.
